Species and landscapes we work with

The global trade in wild species involves thousands of different species, environments, commodities, supply chains, and consumer markets.

Poaching and trafficking, as well as legal yet unsustainable harvest and trade, pose direct threats to ecosystems, livelihoods, communities, and sustainable human development. Our trade monitoring and analysis enables us to sound the alarm on national and international practices that threaten the long-term survival of individual species, and develop interventions to counter unsustainable practices.
