HOWRAH: Railway Police Force apprehended a woman passenger with 114 tortoises in her possession travelling in down Dehradun-Howrah Doon Express.

RPF sources said the woman, who claimed she was from Mughalsarai, was apprehended during routine check as the train rolled into Howrah station.
