2020年9月30日,英国,剑桥 —— TRAFFIC和世界自然基金会(WWF)联合发布的一份新报告《立法与监管不足:欧盟人工养殖虎在全球虎贸易中扮演的角色Falling Through the System: The role of the European Union captive tiger population in the trade in tigers》指出,立法不足以及对私人虎养殖场的监管不足,导致欧盟和英国为虎产品进入非法贸易链创造了机会,如虎皮和虎骨。
