3-year abalone investigation ends in Canada

A 3-year investigation into the illegal abalone trade involving enforcement agencies in Canada, the USA and Mexico, has ended with one individual fined CAN25000, a company fined CAN35,500 and another individual fined USD50,000, reports Fisheries and Oceans Canada
