DARJEELING: Czech nationals Emil Kucera and Petr Svacha, were found guilty of violating the Wildlife Protection and Biodiversity Act on Monday. The duo was arrested on charges of collecting rare species of butterflies and insects from the Singalila National Park in Darjeeling.
