Stiff punishment for smugglers in Nepal

Four men arrested in Nepal in September 2005 in possession of five Tiger, 37 Leopard and 238 Otter skins, plus 113 kg of Tiger bones have each been fined RS100,000 (USD1,500) and imprisoned for between 5 and 15 years.
