Head of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning - Global

We are looking for a Head of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning who will lead TRAFFIC’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Unit coordinating TRAFFIC’s MEL work across the organisation and creating a culture of impact reporting, adaptive management, and reflective learning. This includes integrating monitoring and evaluation in and across projects and programmes; supporting staff in capacity building for MEL approaches; facilitating and coordinating annual work planning; and leading cross-organisation programme reporting to demonstrate impact and inform and help guide strategic planning processes. Work closely with the Communications Unit to contribute to the best presentation of high-level impact reports and technical documents

Finance Support Officer

Location: Cambridge, UK

We are looking for a Finance Support Officer who will carry out the day-to-day financial accounting transactions of TRAFFIC International including banking authorisations, income and expenditure management, cashflow monitoring, month end processes and support the finance team with the introduction of the new accounting system.
The role provides the treasury function for the Global Office to ensure that sufficient funds are available to enable Traffic to meet all its commitments.

Finance Officer – temporary

Location: Cambridge, UK
Contract: 6 months

Our finance team is looking for a temporal Finance Officer to controls and coordinate accounting information flows between the Global Office and the Programme Offices (POs) to ensure accuracy in submitted monthly and quarterly reports to senior management and compliance with company policies and procedures. The temporary position will also be involved in Global month end processes including cost recovery calculations, various reconciliations and completion of critical schedules and reporting. The role is vital in supporting the year end process and production of statutory accounts following Charities Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) Financial Reporting Standard (FRS102) ready for audit review.
